Susan, the Bells are crying in the Rain
We never were friends
but we were friends in class
since we were six, in 1986
and I'll never forget you
I think of you for awhile
I still remember your voice
I still remember your smile
but you've gone forever
and that makes me sad
You weren't my friend
you even made fun of me
but now, that doesn't matter
too much
That joyride killed you
and your voice will never be heard again
your voice has died away
and the bells are crying in the rain.
